History
The First Evangelical Community Church was started in 1988 as a church plant in Cerritos to minister to the needs of the community in the south Los Angeles and north Orange County region. Launching a Mandarin speaking and an English speaking congegation with a small group of families, FECC has experienced growth over the course of its ministry.
We welcome you to the First Evangelical Community Church. We are a multi-generational family church serving the city of Fullerton and its surrounding area. With an integrative ministry of spirituality, community, missions, and social concern we desire to see all peoples know and experience new life by the redemptive work of Jesus Christ.
About
Now encompassing five separate congregations of various language and life-stage emphasis, as well as seeing an increase of influence within the local community, FECC continues its mission to glorify God through the ministry of the Gospel to families of all backgrounds.
At the end of 2011, FECC sensed God's calling to plant another church outside of the Cerritos area. Starting 2012, FECC began the process of planting in the city of Fullerton. God provided a place of worship and a team of pastors and lay people to start a new community of faith. Grand Opening day will be on November 11 of 2012.
